Our warehouses are centrally located in trucking hubs across the world. We have several service guys, brokers, and trucking companies that pickup casings and bring them to our locations. Each location has the necessary capital and training to take care of our suppliers.
If there is no way for the supplier to transport the casings to us, we will send inspectors to them. Several large suppliers located across the US and Canada have conducted business with Casing Connection ltd over the years. If you have a large supply of casings available for purchase, please contact us immediately!
Our many years in the industry have given us the skills and knowledge to ensure that the most casings are loaded onto a trailer while following all weight restrictions. Depending on the amount of tires and size of the casings, our technicians make sure the cost of freight is at a minimum per tire.
Every shipment is staged by one tech and checked by another to eliminate risk of error. Because of the volume of shipments, a loading manifest is created for each load. These documents help our technicians on what was loaded for a row by row basis.

UNLOAD & INSPECT
STAGE & LOAD
Whether by trailer, cube van, or service vehicle, casings enter our several warehouses on a daily basis. Upon receipt, each casing is carefully inspected and categorized according to individual customer specifications. On completion, a Purchase Order is created to track inventory and cash flow.
The inspection process is very thorough and time consuming. Each casing is inspected with our certified 7 - point system to ensure company wide standards. All our employees are trained a minimum of 6 months with this system by our certified technicians.
INVENTORY
Each of our warehouses has thousands of inventory in stock which needs to be correctly categorized according to industry standards. Casings are sorted by Size, Brand, Year, Grade and customer specifications.
Each casing purchased can not necessarily be sold to every customer we have which is why it is so important for our inventory to be correctly categorized accordingly. All technicians are trained immediately on new casing specs in order to conform to the ever changing casing industry.
